These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reveqa platform. By creating an account or installing our tracking pixel, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Reveqa provides a B2B website visitor identification and intelligence service. We do not guarantee that every visitor to your website will be identified. Identification accuracy depends on signal quality and dataset coverage.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the platform. You agree to provide a privacy-compliant consent experience to your website visitors.
Payment and billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage fees, where applicable, are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveqa's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Bengaluru.
