Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for the Reveqa platform. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions and billing
Reveqa is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for the same period. Applicable taxes (such as GST in India) are added where required. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Billing) or by emailing support@reveqa.com. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will not be charged again. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account moves to the free tier. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, because the service is made available immediately for that period. We will, however, review refund requests in the following cases: (a) a duplicate or accidental charge; (b) a charge taken after a timely cancellation; or (c) a verified, prolonged service outage that prevented you from using the platform.
To request a refund, email support@reveqa.com within 7 days of the charge, including your account email and the transaction details. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by this policy.
Free trials
If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period and may cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
